For years I was a gymnast and loved all aspects of the sport. Out of everything though, being in shape and active was the best part. After I finished my gymnastics career, I continued with my love of physical activity. I still use fitness as a way to relieve stress and better my life as a whole today. I love everything from hiking to kayaking and spend as much time outdoors as I can.
Once I saw how much physical activity benefited my life, I could not wait to share that with others. I was not positive about what I wanted to do after graduating high school; there are so many options related to fitness and physical health. I ended up joining a program that would give me the chance to look at my options from a hands-on perspective. After researching and learning as much as I could, personal training is what I found to enjoy the most. It is amazing to see others achieve their goals and know that you are helping them along the way. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to help people through this and it is priceless.
I find that my motivation comes from the positive impact that physical activity can have on others. I am always thankful to be a part of that in the slightest way. Helping others accomplish their goals and feel better about themselves is amazing. I would never give up being able to see others find themselves through fitness.
